launcher.exe problem, I need help!

I have waited so long for Eve People to help, and they dont EVER reply.. I have spent 8 hour's trying to fix this problem my self..

It say's launcher.exe has stopped working, I have used the Repair tool 10 times, and re downloaded it 5.

Anyone care to help? Cause apparently EVE does not.
