Just want to congratulate the Sovereign Infinity guys for their AWESOME job of really pissing off Forsaken Asylum. I mean, what else could make them want to perma-dec a little band of mercs like you guys?

Also, I loved the frigate fleet in the pipe the other night, just went through the gate camps like they weren't even there. You guys do really well for your size. A few more members and maybe you can take on those gate camps instead of blowing through them Lol

Clearly a Sovereign Infinity alt... I refuse to believe such a badly run alliance that refuses any and all fights actually has a fan club

Why do you guys all seem to think I'm a Sov Infinity (or Mastercard) alt? I admit to an association, but I have associations with a lot of corporations/alliances in EVE, both PVP and Industrial (but mostly PVP), even one with the Marmite Collective. I look at a lot of things when I choose whether or not I like a corp/alliance. In PVP, I'm mostly looking at your corp/alliance doctrine - what are you flying into the fight and what is the target? Sovereign Infinity will attack a Brutix with 2 interceptors and a T1 frigate, a Myrmidon with a T1 interceptor and a destroyer. You don't see that kind of thing very often from Merc organizations. Most of them show up to those fights in a fleet of BC's, T3's or T2 Cruisers at least.

Sovereign Infinity, if they know what the fight is, will ship to what is needed and is rarely overkill. And on those occasions when it is overkill, that's generally because they were shipped for a different target than the one who jumped in on them or it's because they wanted to get everyone that is online in on the fun.

There's a lot here to admire, more than just a good friend of mine is among their membership. If I were PVP minded (could happen, some time in the future maybe) I'd certainly consider joining this group.

Just heard about the offer of a fair fight.

This is EVE - there is no such thing. I wouldn't trust us (if I were you) to honor a fair fight and I certainly wouldn't trust you to honor one. Even Duels often end up with neutral logi joining in, but here's a counter offer. You drop the dec and personally come to our system and offer to duel one of our Battle BV guys who are experienced duelists in a 1v1. The rest of us can be there to shoot at neutral logi who try to join in. Then - your little 'fair fight' might happen, but, not being a duelist myself, I won't promise anything. So long as your entire number can potentially join the fray, I don't think you're going to get us to meet you anywhere.

Still waiting for a real Ethan Argoin to get a solo kill that demonstrates his fair fight offer. (Cannot be an Ibis kill - ref. http://eve.battleclinic.com/killboard/killmail.php?id=20688402) I suspect you will likely stay in rapesauce t3's though..... Even for a rookie ship.

Quite a decent number of us actually solo or small gang roam. Some actually even hunt specific WT.

As we do have players who prefers gate camping, or just have a short time to play and fastest way to get a kill after login is warp to gate, net a kill, logoff.

Also, to straighten out things about pipe camping - We got to live somewhere. You got to live somewhere. Everyone does.

We chose Hatakani (both for targets of opportunity and middle point from everywhere), of course we are going to get many kills in home system, as you do in and around Algogille, as POD and BAW do around Nourvakaiken and the list goes on, for most pvp corps/alliances all over New Eden. Smile

This is pretty much basic, obvious stuff, known by most PVPer, seems to me like it's too easy to make believe or ignore base facts when posting in C&P. I am not pointing a finger on you guys, I am pointing many fingers in more directions that is humanly possible.

But, Epeen being Epeen, I say lets continue with all the trolling. P

Check our war against Sov Inf guys - we dont even go to them and we still win the war....

So this is what I propose to resolve this situation....

I invite Sov Inf to a pre arranged battle, same numbers, same ship types. You name the time and the place.

Let see what your made of Straight

You might want to view the updated war report...... Just saying.

I so agree - and it is especially sad from someone who has probably never engaged in a 'fair fight' in EVE.

Sovereign Infinity is still taking contracts - our operations have not been impeded.

Open letter to Soverign Infinity:

Quite frankly, I believe some people on both sides of this war have taken the trolling too far now, to the point it isnt healthy for either entity publically. We originally took on this contract with our client specifically stating "troll them and stop their operations".

This started off quite frankly, as quite a laugh. However, as previously stated it is no longer funny and has gone too far.

To this end, I will let the war end on the next bill date (probably this weekend I believe). I have refunded the remainder of the ISK to the contractor and explained the reasons behind why I am morally not going to continue this war anymore, they are happy with this and may well contract someone else.

We are not high sec griefers or trollers, and this isnt funny anymore.

At the end of the day Sov Inf - no hard feelings from my side.

Good luck in your future endevours.

Good day Sir,

I fully agree our conflict has reached a point where its no longer healthy or wise for either side to continue.

And I'd like to say from our side no hard feelings either.

Good luck and fly safe as well as any PVPer can.

Does the fact that you only killed 2 frigs and an interceptor of theirs, and lost a hyperion have anything to do with you deciding to not continue to war for moral reasons?
