As mentioned previously by my fellow pilots. The war-front is not hard to find, nor are the pilots/corporations spreading ammarian light into the heathens dens in metropolis and reclaiming homes in bleak lands and domain.

If the best you can do is shoot the occasional new recruit ship on it's way to amarr to buy some ammo or fit his new frigate then the 'impact on the war effort' you are trying to hardly to paint is little more than a drawing made with crayons from someone that couldn't fight anything that shot back.

Carry on your 'deep behind enemy lines' rhetoric. In the meantime you know where to find us. In your space taking your systems.



As stated....our current stage is a 'Preparation'. This coupled with us awaiting for PANDORA to release objectives sees us currently on other duties. Once PANDORA releases these then it shall begin.

T.R.I.A.D have released 71 reconnaissance missions via our PANDORA Agency portal.

All those who wish to assist in the collection of the required data may do so by accessing our missioning system within PANDORA. We shall be withdrawing our offer in 3 days time, by which point we shall have enough data to plan the next phase this coming weekend.

SUPER SECRET INTEL *Some dudes in amarr, probably mining, I saw some hulks on scan. An orca was in space with a swirly thing.. probably boosting hulks.

SUPER SECRET INTEL *If the station you are orbiting is singing or humming it's probably amarrian, SHOOT IT.

SUPER SECRET INTEL *LASERS HURT" Do not be around when they are fired at your face for being dirty pirate scum attacking law abiding citizens doing CONCORD sanctioned activities in high security space.

Your theory was floored from the first sentence. Your application would be limited to running ferrying jobs, preferably through pirate havens, Ammatar.

Ah, if only I could say these kinds of operations were unique... unfortunately, the holders and State militants have been doing these operations in Federation/Minmatar space often. (Look out around Old Man Star if you want to watch prized new Naval vessels owned by FDU getting popped on gates.)

While it warms me to see that these actions are mirrored by fellow kinsmen, I fail to see the difference it will accomplish long-term from all parties' perspectives.

One can only hope those who think outside the box become rich in their ways and the deaths of each new crew is quick and painless, in honor of the greater purpose.

Should you be a slaver, or the (ex-)slave, the patriot, or the freedom fighter... these actions are noble.

Ms. Dea, warfare in this day in age is all about attrition. Considering that many of the soldiers fighting it are now "immortal", it's only the loss of assets that can end the fighting. People rarely lose the will to fight, get out maneuvered, or killed, they just run out of stuff to fight with. The alliance my corporation was previously in, Tribal Band, lost their space simply because they ran out of ships to defend it with.

As a result, raids and guerilla fighting can have a bigger impact than the massive battles involving thousands of capsuleers. Typically, the massive final battle is the nail in the coffin. If one party can slowly kill off industrial ships, and isolated groups over the course of a few weeks, or even months, the death toll adds up. Eventually a giant final battle takes place and the party that was being raided and harassed earlier suddenly find they can no longer support a full scale war.

As someone who has both observed and experienced the sort of issues many Minmatar face, I still cannot condone the practice of targeting any Amarr civilian outright. If you honestly think blatantly targeting any Amarr citizen you come across will somehow demoralize or damage the will of the Amarr Empire, I am sorry to say you are sorely mistaken. The sooner your organization realizes, the better - for both sides.

I would have to agree. Personally it would be better to target strictly military targets in your raids. Not only is intentionally targeting civilians abhorrent, it invites them to do the same to you. Targeting civilians rarely reduces moral either. In nearly every case where civilians were intentionally targeted, support for the war and fanaticism goes up.

It's usually best to take the moral high road when you've been wronged.

I do not think it is a matter of attacking civilians because they really think it is right. If they could destroy the Amarrian Navy, they most likely would have. Perhaps they do so because it is easier, and more profitable, to attack civilians as pirates.

I can only trust that those in Amarr whose job it is to stop these sorts of crimes, and CONCORD itself, stop this. In the meantime, I can say that I have spread word of this to those I speak with inside the Minmatar Republic (where I am now). I do make sure they know that this is T.R.I.A.D. and not the entire Republic, but the idea of their people avoiding our military to strike at civilians seems disturbing. I have also found that almost everyone I speak to knows someone who has been given freedom, and that those people often are our civilians. Destroying mining ships also bypasses the almost universally Amarrian Navy and attacks the slave-carrying ships.

They are killing their own people.

If I know one thing, it's that the window-cleaners and refuelers I have been preaching to have found that idea disillusioning, to say the least.

War is hell, I repeat War is hell.

The strategy to starve the industrial base of your opponents war machine is wholly legitimate.

Targeting Amarrian citizens that are mining is more then fair especially when you consider two factors. Number one they have been warned to mine elsewhere and unless they have criminal status they could easily choose to remove themselves from harms way in another empire. Number two Matari civilians are enslaved and subject to atrocities on a daily basis in the Amarr Empire with no ability to remove themselves from harms way, if the Amarr Empire was willing to release all Matari hostages enslaved in Amarr space I am confident organizations would exclude Amarr non-combatants from the list of approved targets.

To ask us to avoid civilian Amarrians while civilian Matari are targeted is not realistic, or possible. Therefore I approve and concur that the campaign being planned by T.R.I.A.D. is worthy of support.

As usual, the common people will be the victim in this conflict, on both sides. As CEO of the Aurora Arcology Project, I urge all able capsuleers to do what lies in their power to minimize civilian casualties.

Should anyone rescue stranded refugees and want to give them the best of opportunities to restart their lives, the Arcology is more then willing to recieve them and guide them to a new, better life.
