Problem with fresh Install (both online & offline installer methods)

I want to install EVE on my laptop, i tried to do this in offline mode (http://community.eveonline.com/support/download/offline-installer/) I downloadedn needed files and ran installer but i got monit which says : "Archive extraction failed: 3" and a link with"Click here to download manually" When i click it it takes me back to download page with offilne installer files which i already got. AfterwardsI tried to install EVE with online installer but i got the same monit (error as described above). How to fix this in other way then downloading again offline installer files (I'm at work and don't want to create to much incoming traffic on LAN - installer files are about 6GB - not mention future updates). Do I have to clear some registry or cache files, i don't know about those things, please give advice.

Same problem here... i downloaded the client manually, tried to install it, same problem
I extracted them manually to try, and discover there's pb with the checksum
So i tried again to install the client again, and downloaded the repair tool and it magically fixed it...
