Kinda scary how EVE terminology is used in the site linked above....sheesh.

Firmware- The “skill set” implanted into the hardware. You choose the firmware and vehicle that match your mission.

Plane, Copter, Rover…

The choice is yours —one autopilot for any mission. An easy firmware update is all it takes to repurpose your hardware into a different role.

But I encourage you to read the website yourself very interesting stuff....for nerds I guess, me too Big smile
