I've been called a troll many times, and I've got no problem with her either. I don't know her educational and work background, but I assume CCP does and saw something they liked (or she got hired for the reason Mr. Sexual Harassment Panda up there said). Either way, don't see why so many people lost their **** over a hire.

Play EvE how you want to play it and do not let others dictate how you play. Evolve your playstyle to protect yourself from others! Even in "PVE", "PVP" is there, lurking in the shadows.

I am of the opinion that there are multiple reasons for the dearth of troll posts: the two most outstanding ones being that we are still in the three month enforced silence period post CCP Mintchip's thread deletion, and there is a bloody big war on so the trolls have something to do besides posting nonsense on the forums.

PS: the active trolls are also becoming more sophisticated such as posting suggestions for new features in the GD forum. The usual topics of course: how to "fix" AFK cloaking, how to "fix" mining, how to "fix" some other part of the game that they don't play (in both senses of that phrase).

The Z9PP incident clearly made every null sec alliance lift that rule for a day. Damn was the shitpost counter spinning fast that day.
