I have a better proposal.

When "Force fight" or "Undock local whiner" is activated, the defender gets to chose his weapons. In case this is a mining barge, attackers weapons are replaced by mining lasers and two large asteroids spawn. The first to mine it down to zero wins and his opponents ship explodes.

At least implement the "Smacktard Free Condition" while at war. If the game finds you docked for more than 15-20 minutes it will not allow you to **** up local chat. Or even better, you can ONLY use local chat if you're undocked.

This will help rid us of chat bots too, but more importantly we rid our community of the masses who smack talk, get war dec'd b/c of it and then never undock... only to be found smacking it up non stop more than before they were dec'd.

no more games... it's real this time!!!

De'Veldrin's Corollary (to Malcanis' Law): Any idea that seeks to limit the ability of a large nullsec bloc to do something in the name of allowing more small groups into sov null will inevitably make it that much harder for small groups to enter sov null.

Terrible and game-ruining to have any such mechanic. Many station traders (who we all know never undock) rely on being able to link and talk in local. Anyway, certain scam personalities would then disappear, making jita/amarr local just a ghost of its former self. You wanna kill a big portion of what makes eve. EVE?

Anyway, always fun and a great read when mercs whine or ask for 'easy button' game mechanics so they don't have to risk anything or be offended by someone in local. HTFU.

Also, how much of a punk does a corp/alliance have to be to wanna wardec someone simply because of some smack talk in local? Their epeen got hurt or something and need to wave it around reassuringly?

If you ever left 4-4 undock you wouldn't need these new implimentations from CCP... you would

A. Realise that most of your targets are still mission running and mining (even through the pipes) because you are too lazy to shot gun belts or probe.
B. Get into cepters and learn how to tackle + aid of heavy dictor... hence no need for the gates to do the hard work for you Roll
C. Lrn2pvp..................

I am truely surprised that Marmite fulfils any serious Merc contracts at all, when the only achievement they manage for the day is to move from 4-4/Amarr undock to a gate, only to find out they can't tackle anything Lol

Hence why they are always on an undock.........Roll

OMG... really. Another one? You really should try reading the F&I section. There are plenty of fail post ideas in there to 'fix' cloaking.

There is nothing wrong with cloaking, there is however something wrong with your inability to continue playing EVE because someone else is in local with you.
