Salvage Drones

Ever since I started using salvage drones in my PvE fit, I've been a bit unclear on their exact capabilities.
I've googled it, but couldn't find definitive answers.

A. What can and can't salvage drones salvage, and at what Salvage Drone Operation levels?
B. How do you calculate salvaging each type of wreck (I didn't understand this part in the wiki)?
C. Is it "worth" it to train Salvage Drone Operation to V?
D. Is there anything I can do to improve the efficiency of my salvage drones, other than to train Salvage Drone Operation to a higher level?

A. sleeper BS (I have lvl 4 and it says it cant so someone needs too confirm if they still cant at level 5)
B. I never understood it either
C. At lvl 3 They tore through normal BS wreks in missions so i trained too lvl 4 just for the hay of it
D.as far as I know, no

A. Dunno if ship or skill but at lvl 5i have yet to find something they couldn't clear
B. I don't bother
C. I did and they were much faster
D. If you tractor beam the wrecks to you, your drones won't have to come back every wreck... It can save a lot of time
