Unable to connect to Duality

Lately I am trying to connect to Duality for the alliance tournament.
So far all my efforts have gone to naught, since the launcher doesn't seem to provide me with a way to login into the server.

To be more specific I copy my TQ installation to another folder and I create from that installation's EVE.exe file a shortcut (to the desktop).
I then go to the properties of the shortcut and I add the switch /server:Duality.

When I add that specific switch and then try to launch the game (from the specific shortcut) the launcher starts, but with no place to put in login credentials. It only have some links that direct you towards various websites of EVE. Furthermore the status shown is that of TQ not Duality.
I have tried various methods of adding the switch. Copying it from the article in Evelopedia, other sources, writing it down myself. Nothing works.

When I remove the switch (or change Duality to Singularity) everything works back to normal. The launcher starts with the appropriate fields to put the login credential and showing the corresponding server status.

I would appreciate any help given to resolve this situation.

Follow the directions in the AT forum.

With the increase in shiptoasting, the Report timer needs to be shortened.
