I was wondering, who has the very first combat, non npc kill; after eve went live?
----What was it?
----How much isk was destroyed compared to today's market?


Also when was the first large fleet fight?
----What was fielded?
----Is this a fleet tactic that you can see being used again in a large scale engagement?

when eve went live the beta testers who didn't rage quit over launch being "too soon" or the character wipe, got back in the game ASAP and it was probably a matter of minutes before the first KM got generated.

just think, a bunch of players who worked with the game for months on end getting dumped into a huge pile of n00bs.
really, how long do you think it took Twisted

as far as fleet battles go, who knows, it was again probably within a short period of time and it could have been more than one fleet battle going on at any given time.

only those involved know for sure, and most of them are long gone

Very good points. I was hoping to be able to compare fitting and older combat tactics with that of today.
