Help setting up alliance on SiSi

At the moment, this character needs another 28 days, before he can setup an alliance and i think the server might get re-mirrored sooner or later, so it´s a fail on that part,

Can anyone join my corp so i can make him/her ceo to setup an alliance for me?

I want to check some mechanics and need some info on the running of stations and such.
Also want to take a look at building and running a Caldari Outpost, just to see if it's worth my iskies on Tranquility to set one up there.

I am running a testing alliance for this purpose. If you want, put in an app to ScorpNET Federation on SiSi.

Yeah, as long as you are in a system that doesnt already have one and it is controlled by SOV.
