Did you miss the threads where people in general agreed that WIS is actually a good idea but only when it is has a real purpose in game ( either social or some new game mechanic) and when it has been properly tested and working but most important when it is optional

Pretty sure CCPis reading them aswell

so many ppl is against WiS that they have to cheat (add over 100% of no votes) to be on 50-50% ratio... Lol

I wish people would get it through their heads: WIS = WoD. WoD is now dead (or on life support anyway). No reason or need to do ANYTHING to WIS. You get the 3 racial CQ's and THAT IS IT.

Maybe in a year or two when CCP can sit down comfortably once more they may start to revive WoD, and then maybe they will think about completely re-writing incarna so that two avatars can exist in the same room without melting a high end graphics card.

So don't hold your breath (or maybe do). Face up to the fact that it was an abject failure as an expansion that had no other purpose than to be a beta of WoD and a storefront for NeX.

however despite acepolls being not so ACE due to being able to vote many times over n over it does highlight the need for CCP forum devs to add a poll function to eve online forums.... one that only allows one vote per account.

Everytime you buy something that says "made in china" you are helping the rising unemployment in your own country unless you are from china, Buy locally produced goods and help create more jobs.

Its not really asking any kind of pertinant question though is it , of course I want the government to invent and provide everybody with free flying cars, but I would still much rather they prioritised health, education and so on.

Ridiculous metaphors aside, its an entirely irrelevant poll because it does not ask the right questions, nor does it ask enough of them.

How can this be done when no ressources are allowed to go to it ? Not even subscriptions money from those in favor of it ? You all complain you do not want ressources to be diverted from space development, well for years (6 years now we are waiting for Ambulation that became Incarna/WiS) now this is money from subscriptions of those who want station establishments diverted to nullsec, capital ships, wormhole space, and all other features many people do not care for. Hence many Incarna supporters leaving as i am.

Simple.

By figuring out what it is you're building and what purpose it is meant to serve before trying to build it, and selling the purpose and the goal gameplay to the players so they are in on what the end result will be and accept that resources will be allocated towards this goal.

Once you have no active subscription anymore you can't post or like and so can't vote or make our voice heard on those forums. So Incarna haters have easy to say they are the majority. When in fact they are a minority, just that the majority of incarna supporters are not able to vote.

If Incarna haters were more intelligent they would realise Incarna supporters would have been those buying in NEX store. That would mean not only more subs from them but also a lot more money to finance CCP and space and ships part of game.

The "We want Incarna right now even if it means Eve dies" crew should find a better representative. Maybe one who can spell the word alliance correctly.

If you use Chrome: 1.) Open incognito window. -> 2.) Go to poll website. -> 3.) Vote. -> 4.) Close incognito window. -> 5.) Repeat steps 1-4 until you achieve your desired result.

Discussing how walking in stations can have meaningful gameplay is much better than having a simple poll that says very little. CCP has invested a lot of effort into the project, so it's not as if it's simply going to go away. They need to find a way to put meaningful gameplay into this feature. Let's help them with ideas rather than stupidly bicker about.

No, I'm not suggesting that the core game gets abandoned again. I don't want that at all. There needs to be a coexistence between both types of gameplay. Sacrificing development on the core game is unacceptable considering the amount of things that require completion and fixing.
