I did some searching but can't find what I'm looking for.

If I dec a corp, the corp has a bounty on it, and they have a POS, will I collect any of the bounty for destroying the POS and its mods? Or is it purely for pilot kills?

I believe you only collect the bounty when you kill the pilots. The only reward you get from POS bashing is realestate and whatever drops if anything from the POS. I could be wrong though but good question.

You only collect bounties when you kill a pilot in a ship. The payout is 20% of the value of the ship, or the balance of the bounty on the person/corp, whichever is less. Since a POS can't be piloted, you can't collect a bounty from it.

Yes you get bounty from POSes and you're all silly.

You get 20% of the value of ANY killmail, not just ship losses.

Placing the bounty will work pretty much the same as for individuals. Each corporation and alliance has its own bounty pool. Bounties are paid out from these pools whenever a character in this corporation/alliance is killed. This means that killing a character can pay out from three different pools. If this happens, the most specific pool is drained first (i.e. first the individual pool, then corporation pool, then alliance pool). Viewing a pilot in space will still only show a single bounty amount – the total of the three pools.

Note that bounties are paid out for anything that creates a kill report, so you’ll get bounty paid for destroying for instance a POS belonging to a corporation that has a bounty placed on it.

It would stand to reason this would include things such as sov structures and POCOs too

If the pinata delivers goodies in addition to the bounty pool, you're getting a little gift.
