How do you deal with Cloakers camping your turf?

You are in low sec.... How about just watching local and docking up if it's not all blue to you. Bait them into fighting on station. just anything really

From what I remember, the first launched a bomb and the the poor guy found they couldn't warp. They saw my shield going down fast and came in for the kill when suddenly, webs, scrams, drones and light missiles everywhere.
