Hard to tell - Not a whole lot of 'em being sold, yanno? This one, though, the hull is reported as being purchased for north of 300B - then add fittings.

Any way you slice it, an epic kill.

That hull was purchased for 320 bil isk. Add in the fit and you get a general idea of how much the pilot lost.

Yeah they are a collector's item. They drop only from mothership incursion sites - and only in lowsec, the most dangerous place (IMO) to do incursions other than non-sovereign nullsec.
