Why is there no wormholes on testserver?

I have been trying to find WH on the testserver to test some things out.

I have been trough about 15 systems without seeing even one WH, why is this?

Is there a reason behind it or have i just had an enormous amount of bad luck?

K162 (exit wormholes) only appear when you warp to the other side. Less people scanning -> less wormholes opened -> less wormholes overall.
