Usually when we do escalations guardians die before 35km, more like 45km. If you plug the numbers into the actual dps equations the game uses (with relevent transversal and using the signature radius data of the sleepers), I found out the nag was very very comparable to the moros and rev. Up close, moros wins. In typical PVE, not so much.

Here's the conclusions from one round of my calculations:

Naglfar
Chance to hit Transversal (m/s)
24.36% 27

Average DPS DPS
17.64% 13042
2301.209724
Moros
Chance to hit Transversal (m/s)
22.86% 27

Average DPS DPS
16.54% 12902
2133.56251

edit: doesn't format too well. Oh well

what exactly are your % numbers representing/based on?
are those meant to be chance to hits?

ive run a fair share of site in moros and revs and at 27m/s, the hit rate is ~100%, even on the rev. (or so close to it as not to matter.)

also, considering the on paper dps on a nag tops out at just shy of 14k i seriously doubt it's hitting for 13k average on sleepers.

maybe im losing your point in the formatting issues but the numbers seem WAY off.

I have used both the shield naglfar and typical moros armr fits. I have found that the absurd repping power of a meta cap shield booster is plenty to keep my naglfar alive even when fully aggrod by a full room escalation. Three sets of sleeper guardians is the only time I ever even fit resistance mods in my mid slots. I always leave a comfy 3/2 set up in my lows for great damage application. I have found almost no pve difference bw my naglfar and moros. Moros has 0.004 more tracking but the naglfar gets to hit sleepers right at its optimal range with the correct ammo. Plus the naglfar is so tall!

I would say the moros is slightly better bc I run mine dual repped and ready for pvp. Naglfar is so sexy and extremely marginally lower than moros for pve. Both r better than a rev for sites. And who the heck uses a pheonix?!?!?!
