My game has run just as smoothly over the past month as it has the whole time I've been playing EvE. I have also had two petitions open that have been answered within a respectable time. Other people I play this game with haven't had any issues. So please, by all means show me where "lowering of pace" has happened. And don't you dare say this live event, because this live event ties in well the the expansion of exploring and finding things...

Edit: My spelling was terrible...

It's human nature to want to explore. To find your line and go beyond it. The only limit, is the one you set yourself.
