Increase cruise missile hitpoints

Cruises should be viable, sure, through the two-part process of modifying how defenders work in the game and by increasing cruise mssile hitpoints such that there is a minimum of 2 defenders to disable 1 cruise missile. The buffs to the affected ships are a golem probably wont see any difference but a CNR goes from 8(6) to 8(7).

Golem has many issues but applied dps is one of the less concerning ones. Not all rats have defender missiles and even those that do can be catagorised and made the last targets you fight.

All BS rats have the defender missiles.
Some of them can launch up to two missiles, so if you use your Golem it means you loose 50% of volley damage.

Anyways, I still have many reasons to pick up guns over missiles for any mission.

I'm not sure I've observed all BS rats having defenders. Generally speaking I fight from around the 100km mark and don't notice any great loss in damage over the volley being reduced by the targets resists.
