Driver extraction error 3 upon install

just got my comp back after it decided to die.

Tried installing eve it had downloaded about 50% of the install and then skipped to extracting then onto the driver extraction error.
Attempted to run new install same error.

Deleted all ccp files in program files etc same error when new install attempted.

is this a known issue?

Fixed

Use Offline install and save part 1 then part 2 followed by the executable in a fresh folder, did this aswell as switching to my D drive for the install and it now works.
