Why cant i buy from the LP store

hello im having a issue where i have joined FW i have built up some LP and have gone to the station with the LP store . i have the nexus chip and the package ship req for the trasnfer.. But i have NO option to buy the ship nor any other item from the LP store...... if anyone know of something i might be overlooking thanks
