I am running a HP Pavilion dv6-6180us Entertainment Notebook PC
It has a AMD High-Definition (HD) Graphics (Radeon HD 6770M) and Catalyst Control

When I launch the launcher it seems to be working fine, until I press play. EVE will flash my screen several times and then open minimized (eve is on my task bar), I can normally hear the music. When I attempt to open it I get no response. Task Manager says that the program is running but I am unable to get it to display at all. The only way I can close it is through task manager. Suggestions? It was working fine yesterday.

Launcher v 2.1.559197

redownloaded/reinstalled the game
I am running as admin
ran the repair option
Cleared cashe
disabled the second video card, now only Radeon is active
updated video card drivers
attempted safe mode for EVE
updated directx

Worked fine until the laptop drained completely last night (had a power outage while I was away)
Laptop and other games work fine, for what it is worth.
Game still will not load. Any advise?
