Ishtar Drone Bay Bonus Lost - Not THAT bug

I'm familiar with the bug where the non-active ship's drone bay does not display correctly, this is not that bug.

I cannot undock my ishtar with 370 m3 worth of drones even though I have HAC 5. Docked, the drone bay displays as 370/375 when. But, I get an error saying I somehow put 370 m3 worth of drones, and it only has 325 m3 of space, when I try to undock.

I thought it might be my skills (I recently got a capsule popped), but I have HAC 5 in my skill book and can't train it obviously.

Anyone else experience this bug?
