Portrait will not show in game.

My portrait appears fine here but not anywhere in the game.
Even my character select screen shows the generic outline portrait.
I've already tried deleting the cache but it doesn't work. :(

Edit: Moderator, please help me delete or close this thread.
Issue solved with a clean reinstall.
