What is the official stance on how CONCORD is able to do that? Do EVE ships have locking protocols or something, something CONCORD can override when they want to? I understand not exiting through a gate, the gate has to "let" you in.

Another question: you escape CONCORD to show you can. You then self-destruct your ship. Still punished as an exploit I assume?

Yes. Evading CONCORD, even "just to prove you can" is an exploit and will be treated as such by CCP.

Detonating your ship out of the kindness of your heart afterwards does not ameliorate the initial exploit.

De'Veldrin's Corollary (to Malcanis' Law): Any idea that seeks to limit the ability of a large nullsec bloc to do something in the name of allowing more small groups into sov null will inevitably make it that much harder for small groups to enter sov null.

CONCORD shoot through POS shields too.

As has been said already you're not supposed to evade CONCORD and actually managing to is deemed an exploit.

I was aggressed by NPC/Rats in hisec and CONCORD never showed up. It's funny that CONCORD has kill mission agents when they are omnipotent and omnipresent in hisec, lazy bunch.

I believe the official policy is that if you think you've got a way to evade CONCORD:
1: You can test it (preferably on the test server, to minimize disruption)...
2: If it works, you must then report your own escape as a bug and an exploit...
3: And then not do it again.

Just to clarify: This is only a problem in hi-sec

Confirming you can quite happily get GCC in low-sec and jump into a wormhole.

Evading CONCORD in any manner is an exploit that will earn you a permanent ban, unless I'm very much mistaken.

But do be sure to contract me all your stuffs before yours takes effect, if you succeed--what the time-differences and all, you might have as much as a few hours.
