i don't know what drones fit under but relating to lvl 4 missions. i understand small drones are good for frigs and med drones are good for bc and cruiser so does that mean heavy drones are for battleships or sentry's. im kind of new to this drone thing.

You got the general gist of it, but sentries are a different beast entirely especially once you reach T2. Fit 2 omnidirectional tracking devices and you can pop frigs and cruisers as they approach you to do their orbit. Plus they take a different set of tactics since they don't move, but do apply dps immediately.

so basically the sniper missions like the damsel in distress. At least i will have something fun to Waite for. i will be in a gila soon, been traing up the drone skills. and i have to say. drones are fun as hell

On a dual omni-domi there is no reason to carry anything under heavy scouts. Watch your ogres tear apart frigates in a couple cycles......if you don't alpha them from 70km with wardens.

On non-drone hulls you carry a whatever flavor the mission is....but try to gun down tackles first so they are out of the way.
