[Need Technical Help] Footage Broke

Hi,

i was about to make a nice little beginners scam tutorial when i realized all the footage i made got corrupted ??? oddly all the other files on my external remained intact, except for every single frapsed sequence that i converted via VirtualDub to avi
(don't have any unconverted ones for reference) (i once "scanned and fixed" the external hdd)

i tried DivFix without success.

Maybe one of you experts knows what to do, i uploaded a very short sequence to evefiles:

(footage was created at <10fps for triple speed playback, so the lag is normal)
