1. You are mixing real life 'social norms with respect to lawful behaviors' with Eve 'social norms with respect to lawful behaviors'. Please stop doing that.
3. It's called ability to make quick decisions.
4. Irritability is quite understandable in this case. And aggressiveness? Hey, this is Eve, comes with the package. If you didn't receive yours please file a petition.
5. In a conflict oriented game that is the norm.
7. There's no remorse just survival of the fittest.

It doesn't take a crack psychologist to ascertain that there are people with personality disorders, psychological, psycho-social and even psychotic issues in EVE, the Interwebs and I venture your neighborhood.

But I must ask, if you think someone has a psychological or related disorder, is it very healthy to even converse with said person in the first place? Or do people normally talk to batty nutz people in real life?

Are you talking about the OP or them miners? Since, after all, the “social norms with respect to lawful behaviour” when playing a PvP-centric game includes blowing stuff up at the highest pace possible (which rather throws the “aggressiveness” part of 4 out of the window, but leaves 4 as a possible point for response to when one's ship gets blow up… a point that is often observed in the frothing rants that newly-ganked carebears occasionally engage in).

Beat me to it. Conforming to social norms in a PvP game is to PvP. People who dont often also meet 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7. The ignore the the way the game works (1), they don't plan ahead during a time of war (3), they become irritable when killed (4), but they don't change and continue to risk their stuff ((5) Also 6 is pretty much the same as 3 and 5 in this context), and they certainly don't feel bad about all the **** they spouted in local after they are killed (7).

Just because a game is open PVP doesn't make it PVP-centric. Without Industry there wouldn't be any interesting PVP. I'd say this is the least PVP-centric game that has open PVP ever since industry and economics is such a huge part of it.

Lords.Of.Midnight has declared war on Venerated Stars.
Within 24 hours fighting can legally occur between those involved. If war is due to a corporation at war joining an alliance, then the war starts immediately instead.

I am shocked, SHOCKED!!! The funny thing is that the message you posted there does not counter my point. It only reinforces it. Your behavior here today is pathological, and totally predictable. In just two posts you have demonstrated 1, 3, 4, 5, and 7.

cataloguing people. how quaint.

now, this would be a good way to find a totally sane person in this world, if there was one in the first place...
