Weird mineral cost

I got this BPC, and I went to buy the minerals.. but when I want to manufacture it it says some minerals are missing.

I have in my hangar the exact materials it says on the BPC but the manufacturing tab says otherwise (and it is confusing because of the extra minerals!).

See here

Can someone please explain what did I miss? I don't understand... doesn't the BPC tells how much I exactly need to manufacture the item?
And what's with that manufacturing window - am I missing 20 isogen or only 10 and it's showing it twice?

You are missing 10 Isogen and 1 Megacyte. It says it twice because it is the same mineral.

It says you need 111 Isogen, not 101. It says you need 18 Megacyte, not 17.

you have 101 isogen.

The item requires 11 isogen and 100 isogen.
1 isogen is being calculated into the raw materials
100 isogen is being calculated into the extra materials.

So you have 11 required (1 is used, 10 is missing) and100 required (90 is used, 10 are missing)

Not sure why it is saying you need 18 and 2 are missing when you have 17. My guess is its a silly rounding number, and if you had 17 it should work? Though really you might need 18.

It isn't rounding. It will say the same amount in "missing" each time that mineral is referenced.

He needs 11 + 100 Isogen, but he is 10 short of that. It says 10 in both spots. He needs 13+5 Megacyte but he has 17, it shows 1 in both spots.

But then why does it say

Isogen [1]
Megacyte [You 12]

Isogen [100]
Megacyte [5]

Maybe I'm a not good at math but I calculated that as 101, and 17...

Because of the material multiplier, I would guess? Good question.

Hmm looking at it again, is it possible that these numbers don't show the waste? I never thought of that but it looks as if waste must be added manually to this (10%) and then rounded down (111.1 -> 111, 18.7 -> 18).

Can anyone confirm this is how it works? The rounding down part too - for future reference...

Someone already said that you're not counting the material multiplier.
101 * 1.1 = 111
17 * 1.1 = 18

As someone also said, it shows the same in regular and extra materials because it's the same mineral.

With the increase in shiptoasting, the Report timer needs to be shortened.

Right, what does that mean? What causes that multiplier?
From the description I would assume it's PE ('skill based') but I always thought PE removes from the mat requirement instead of lack of PE adding to them. Also there is a section speecifically that says 'You:' on the mats lists on BPs which would suggest PE is already calculated in.

Obviously I got over the fact that I had to go 2 jumps back to Jita with a shuttle to buy 10 more isogen, but if I am ever to attempt to build anything I need to set up a calculator which means I'll need to understand the formulas and variables...

ps. It's still a mystery how does the 1 Isogen from thew BP raw material list become 11, unless the multiplier applies to the extra materials as well BUT this 'excess' does show next to raw material list for some weird reason...

Maybe it would, however once I understand how it works and put it into an excel it won't matter anymore :)
