EVE API Management - Broken?

I am unable to get to the EVE API Management page.


  1. I normally go to the support page (http://community.eveonline.com/support/knowledge-base/)
  2. Then I click on the API key management page (http://community.eveonline.com/support/api-key/)
  3. It just takes me to the root https://community.eveonline.com/


I've been investigating and even the known issues page (http://www.eveonline.com/updates/knownissues.asp) goes to a 404 now... I'm really confused.

Please advise.

Update: I kept testing and I keep getting the circular linking when I'm in Chrome. If I switch to a different browser it seems to work.
