Hello all, and thank you in advance for any assistance.

I just re-subbed after 3 years away and have two accounts, each in windowed mode on two different screens. Up until Saturday, I have had no issues with graphics at all, playing at high settings. All of a sudden now I am getting a stuttering effect when I "drag" the view. I left click and hold to drag the camera around, or the planet view while doing PI.

I also just noticed this morning that even if i am sitting in dock and just move my mouse around my ship, not even left clicking to drag, my fps goes from a steady 60, down to 0-5. Even if I am not moving the mouse at all, not touching anything just sitting in dock, my fps will stutter from 60 down to 17 every few seconds. And right now I don't have my second account running, so just 1 instance in windowed mode.

Any ideas? Please help, this is almost unplayable, especially in missions and PI.

I am also experiencing this stuttering effect. Highly annoying.
