Obviously, all buy orders only have effect within the region you set it up in..., but...

Using buy orders with the range feature (e.g. setting it to a range of 10 jumps), is the distance only calculated via in-region jumps, or is it the shortest path (lowest number of jumps) even if it goes through another region (as in shortcut)?
