Specter Syndicate [-S3-] is an established and mature 0.0 corporation looking to increase our roster with experienced pilots preferably, but we will consider fresher pilots whom are eager to learn 0.0 life on a case by case basis.

We've been around for several years, and within that time our numbers have grown and diminished, but the core of the corporation has always stuck around and continued on. We already have an experienced and solid backbone but every team needs an injection of fresh blood from time to time.

As a corp we are quite laid back and are a casual bunch of guys. During peace times we don't really have a particular focus as a corporation and members can pursue PvP, PvE or Industrial playstyles as they desire, but we do try to do things as a group. We're a community more so than just a group of players playing the same game. We like to play games other than EVE and chat about things that are non-EVE rated. While in EVE we do lots of things together, ratting for money, roaming for killmails, or just sitting around and chatting about the current EVE politics.

Although members are quite free to do whatever they like we do have two metrics we measure members by:

Communication
> You should be on our Team-speak whenever you're online in EVE and preferably also when you're available to be in EVE but playing another game.
> Try to talk to people and get to know the corporation members, don't act like a loner.

Participation
> Corporation / Alliance / Coalition fleets and deployments are important, try to participate when possible.
> Try to do things in and out of EVE with the corporation, play a game with someone else, go on roams, etc.

We like to keep a positive k/d ratio that being said we're not a bunch of elitist, but that doesn't mean we shouldn't try to improve our reputation and promote effective play.

We are currently in a 0.0 Alliance called Tactical Narcotics Team (TNT), who are based out of Deklein and are part of the CFC.
