I prefer Caldari/CN or Amarr/Emp Family, but I will consider Gallente/Fed Navy or Matar/Brutor Tribe if they're solid characters.

My budget is essentially unlimited, given the right character, so post anything you have to sell or would consider selling and let me know what you'd like to get for him/her.
