As of late it has come to my attention that some of you are rather flustered and even quite hurt over recent losses of valuable mining assets, ships, implants, ore, salvage, modules and most of all: time.

While most of such bounty goes into refilling the coffers for more Galactic wide terror I have decided to sell bi monthly mining permits effective after payment is received and blue status is made.

What this gives you:

Peace of mind. Numbers mean little when I can solo most mining vessels, transports, etc with little to no issue and have means to trick, and even confuse most of my victims. While most suicide attacks happen in mostly small groups, I personally delight in cracking open a cold one and searching methodically for the perfect untanked, at ease target.

Just yesterday I brought pain and misery upon an unsuspecting Russian player whom unbeknownst to me, went into debt for the very ships I destroyed. Needless to say the person was very upset even to the point of yelling in local chat for several hours the following day.

Another player opened a convo with me and asked why I didn't ask for a ransom before killing him (obviously he knows nothing of High Sec mechanics or Concord) and expressed a willingness to purchase a protection permit. Therefore this has been created to aide my potential, and previous victims whom I will continue to stalk with devilish delight.

However as a member of Shadow Cartel it is imperative I honor all 1v1's, contracts, binding agreements, etc or risk being kicked out of the Alliance for shameful action. Therefore these agreements are 100% binding and backed by myself and my personal word to honor them.

NOTE: This does NOT apply to Shadow Cartel or any of it's affiliates. This applies only to myself. If another member kills you it is 100% legal. I have no personal control or authority over other individual players or agreements made by the Alliance or Corporations therein.

Therefore do NOT come crying to me if another member kills you. You can purchase a permit from them or contact leadership for an inquiry into protection if it is offered.

This applies ONLY to high security space. Which means space with a security rating of 0.5 to 1.0.

If you venture into Low Security or Null Sec this contract provides no protection. Only within the confines of High Sec will you be seen as blue to myself. All bets are off if you make the decision to venture into more dangerous waters.

What You Need To Do:

Send me a mail or convo me in game. This applies for ONE toon per permit. Multiple toons may be protected at a discount.
Once it has been established who is receiving protection I will require payment. Once payment is received I set you to dark blue and you will no longer show up on my overview.

I will also note the date, time, and character in my own personal records to keep track of rolling permits. If you wish to renew early this is possible.

How Long A Permit Lasts:

2 weeks. 14 days. After you either need to renew or forfeit such protections.

Price:

Prices for protection start at 25 Million isk for two weeks (Roughly half the price of a fully fit Retriever.) This may seem a bit expensive, however I will also provide discounts for multiple toons. If you are a multiboxer and desire more protection We can work out a discounted rate with no issue.

Stats for kills:

For two days worth of ganking to said region with my involvement:

8 Retriever's

6 Mackinaw's

1 Iteron Mark V

1 Covetor

3 pods (not including other Shadow Cartel kills involved) including one valued at over 300 million isk.

Total isk lost over 48 hours in three systems: 1.995.533,000

Let it also be noted my full attention has not been given toward these kills. Most of my time has been logistical which has included moving over 200 fully fit Catalysts into the region for being staged in future suicide attacks.

Also in case you forgot: 2 Days. 48 Hours. In Two weeks I intend to have my inflicted isk damages into the tens of billions.
