EVE exefile.exe connecting to US IP 4.27.29.129 ?

I thought the Tranq Server is in the UK. Is there any reason why my Firewall is telling me that the exefile is trying to connect to 4.27.29.129?

Edit: also trying to connect to 8.27.131.126 also in the US..... Level3 Communications.
