I have set aside 100billion isk to give out in loans.

All loans will require capital bpos as collateral as follows:
https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0AmmC4f6H5E7XdHRYeG1hYmp3c2pIZFFER0VMWnJFMGc&usp=sharing

Maximum Loan size: Up to the full amount left in the fund at the time
Minimum Loan size: 750,000,000 isk
Maximum Rate: 3% per month
Collateral: Capital Blueprint Originals only (rated within the google docs page above)
Maximum Term: None
Minimum Loan term: none (however 1 months interest will be payable for loans less than 1 month)

Late fees apply of upto 1% per day however if advance notice is given this will be greatly reduced.
Blueprints can be sold off if loans repayment are more than 30 days late. Plenty of notice will be given.

Got other collateral let me know
Need more than 100bil let me know

If you want carry on using the prints I "may" (depending on the number and the agreed interest rate) lock them down in a alt corp and let you build off them (in a station).
or
If you just want the cash and don't care about the prints.
or
If you want them to be held by Chibbra.

I too would like to purchase capital bpos 10%-15% below npc sell orders, ME/PE research is a plus.

"Got other collateral let me know"

How about drugs/drugmaterial in collateral?

Kirkwood Ross its based on old NPC prices and they can be stored with a thrid party at your cost.

As for drugs maybe, I would under value them to make sure I can get my cash back quickly if you default

I'm happy to hold collateral for you free of charge although I won't be able to research prints while they are held.

Thankyou Raw, but I think I would only use Chibbra as a thrid party.

Who am I? I don't really get the question but; Im BigSharkBait, I have quite a bit of isk but am to busy in RL to make the most of it if someone wants too I'm asking for a small amount of interest in return.

Any is fine with me

I suspect you may find smaller loans aren't economical using Chribba but it's worth asking.

It's sort of traditional not to bump these kinds of services on a daily basis in MD (as opposed to Sell Orders). That's not to say that you can't, of course, since there are no formal rules on the topic but there have been tensions with the mods in the past about whether financial services should be sold on MD at all. If five or ten people were to bump such services everyday then these threads would dominate the forum entirely and they would probably end up completely disallowed. Personally, I have tended to feel that weekly bumps are a reasonable middle-ground but, again, that's entirely subjective.

Edit - I'm hoping this doesn't come across as too interfering/dickish Smile

Loan service as such needs to be in sell orders i'd say raw.

I think it's partly a matter of appropriate formatting. If you start an MD thread announcing you are in the loans business, or stating you have isk to invest in secured bonds, and then occasionally update it there doesn't seem to be a problem. Both Grendell and VV have done something like that recently and I used to do the same. That type of thread is also open to general discussion about the service in a way that sell threads aren't, which is why I think it's appropriate to have them here. But it's a fine line.

But their service thread itself is in the wts forum. They do however also have a thread on MD wich they throw back to front page every now and then.

I'd advice OP to do the same .

Yeah, that's probably the best approach.

Thankyou for the advice; from now on, nearly all bumps and new info will be in my new WTS post, I will bump maxium 1 time a week and keep it upto date

I now have 1 loan out and a few inqueries so MD does seem to get its readers

Good Luck All
