fix drone infos from the drone window

if you open your drone bay via right click to your ship or from fitting window, then show infos on drones, it shows correct values like optimal range etc.
On the contrary, if you show drone infos by rightclick on drone in the drone window in space, then show info, the values are wrong and dont take fitted drone mods and ship bonuses into account.

This should be fixed anytime soon.
