Why do people still do this? It's been shown time and again that and Orca is only worth it when there are at least 4 barges on field. Park the Hulk and Orca, grab two Macks, and watch your ISK/hr ratio go up.


actually it has been shown time and time again it's when there are 2 barges already on grid that the third ship should be an orca rather than an additional barge.

also, one hulk one orca is easier on the sanity than mack/mack.

my usual team is 2 covetors and an orca. 22km range and cycle time of 141 seems to work pretty good, i rarely have to move. only use t1 strips though so i don't have to keep changing cystals. Do a full orca of about 182km3 in about an hour or more depends on the size of the roids.

just empire mining with a duel monitor set up 1 eve always up to watch local and the second monitor so i can read eve forum or play facebook games
