Does anyone run these missions? I know it's in cloud ring, is it viable to solo the area? What's the ruling power down there?
Was thinking maybe using a venture to ninja the missions.

I have been temped to as you can get very nice loot in the form of ORE goodies BUT risk/reward is strong in this area.
Being NPC space so you are a target of all - Goons at the top and TEST at the bottom, it can only be a fun time doing those babies. I think you would spend a majority of time hiding rather than doing the missions.

TBH I use my Concord LP there at a conversion rate of .4:1 for stuffz
ORE space has some very camped areas especially since peeps often got there to purchase multi billion ISK BPO's so the potential for sweet drops is very lucrative.

Nope. Concord LP comes from incursions.

Concord Incursion LP can be converted at a rate of 1:0.8 for most empire factions ( not FW corps though ) and 1:0.4 for SOE & ORE It cannot be converted to any of the pirate corp that I know of.

It will definitely be adrenaline-fueled fun! Protip: if you want to get some standings first and avoid the low level agents, run the SOE Epic Arc first. Tevis Jak is an ORE agent in the mission chain and you will get standings. You can also run SOE storyline missions for derived ORE faction standing.

Unfortunely not... its faster to train for an acceptable BS... an BC may sneak into a few VG fleets but thier low DPS makes it tuf to get fleeted ( T3's ( except tengus), armour command ships can get into fleets but take longer to train for then BS's & the more shiney fleets requie priate, mauader & NAVY BS minimum, logi level 4 is doable but many fleets require logi 5 T2 logistics ( forget T1 logi ))

Was thinking maybe using a venture to ninja the missions.

Outer Ring actually. Not Cloud Ring. Cloud ring is Sov space. Outer Ring is the NPC Ore space. I highly recommend that you come down and run missions in 4c-b7x. It has more ore mission agents than any of the other systems around here. Also forget the venture. Bring a battleship. A macheriel or something would work great. It is usually very quiet around here during US Prime Time.

Yea it's mining missions but there's rats too. I'd bring Marauder and fit miners in the extra slots. Make sure to faction fit it. 4c- is the best system.

The place is a cesspool, don't bother. It's far easier and more profitable to run empire incursions and convert the LP.

Obviously you've never run nullsec missions. You get massive LP because of <0 sec. The risk is well worth the reward

@ Op, don't sell yourself short. Live the dream in outer ring. Machs and Marauders are great out there, and rorquals, orcas great for boosts. Just sit them on station to boost, you can always dock up.

Edit: also ask in 4c- local for mining boost fleet, always plenty of people willin to help.
