Unable to move items into or out of cargo bay and station hangar

I just reactivated my account since I last played 3 years ago and went to gear up my ship for flying when I found I was unable to move anything from my station's hangar into my ship's cargo bay and vice versa. It just makes a little deposit sound but nothing actually goes in.

Tried it with my Rifter and my Hurricane and same problem!

Please help!
