How do you wear the clothes you can buy in the Noble Exchange?

I think you rightclick them and there should be an option like "equip" or something, or maybe you have to go into Character Recustomization.

Leave the item to Items-hangar and then go to character recustomization. The item should appear in relevant section with all the free items.

As said above you only need to go to the mirror and recustomize as you usually do. The items will be there.

They will always remain in your hangar however. It's not a bug, this is just to give you the option to trade them for isks should you so choose.

FiS should be the priority, but WiS should not be burried!

Don't encourage CCP to make empty promises or Incarna will happen again!

Just to clarify what Aston said, the item is in your hangar if you aren't currently wearing it. You can remove it in order to trade or sell it.
