Hello all!

I am Gwarkii, I am currently in the process of restarting my Industry career and have a High Sec POS. I am looking to make a bond offering so that I can kick start the production. Bond terms:

Interest 11% paid on the 1st of each month.
You may rollover your interest to the next month.
Cash outs may be taken with 48 hours notice plus recieve owed interest.
All interest/investment will be returned at time Bond is closed.
Hoping to find 500 mil increments (for ease)
Will do 100 mil increments


How your money will be used:

Materials for tech 2 production
Materials for Capital ship components
Fuel costs for the POS startup.

That is typically an extremely bad sign. It is essential for your investors that discussions take place in the light of public scrutiny and not off the board. One classic way of scamming is to a) insist that discussions take place in private, and then b) take isk from more people than you initially said you would. Certainly some things need to be kept private but the bulk of the discussion should really take place here.

Oh yes, The discussions will take place here, I meant I will not argue with trolls here. I would like pretty much all discussions to take place on here. I would like things to be completely open to everyone.
