Help With Banned Accounts

I was a carebare with lots of ISK.

Then all of my accounts got banned. Reason given "Exploit". No further information was given. I never recieved a previous warning. I had have never used macro. I have never bought/sold ISK.

I was well very annoyed, but I figured this should be easy to sort out, so i filed a petetion and emailed customer support.

NO responce to the petetion . . .

AUTO reply to the email that they recieved it, but no further responce.

Only thing I have left to try is create a trail account and ask for help on the forums. This is the only place a trial account can post though :(

Has anyone been through this before? How long should I expect to wait, another couple days, another couple weeks.

Is there any other way to get in contact with CCP GMs?

I miss my eve and eve friends on the weekends :(

For something like this you should prepare your self to wait a couple of weeks. But if you truly have not done something that is against the EULA, be patient with them and let them take their time. You don't want to rush this and give them a chance to see that something was "wrong" on their end and you got flagged due to an error.

Thanks for the advice. I was expecting a responce in a day or two (seeing how it was a customer service issue). I'll reset my expectations.

New questions . . .

Eve is the only game I have played for the last couple of years.

Anyone got suggestions for a new game? I'm old, don't click that fast, like "do your own thing" sort of games.

Not really sure if im breaking some forum rules here so, mods, please just delete this post if its against the rules.

If you like games that are darker and forces you to actually think, but have more of a direct "Go here and do this" storyline but still allows for a decent amount of freedom i would look into The Secret World.

But honestly, if you did not do anything that could explain why you got banned you should not give up on the game. As i said, just be patient and wait while they look into it.

1. Forums won't help you.
2. Only way to get official GM responses is to petition.
3. Any petition or any other discussion of GM stuff is forbidden on the forums.

Its forbidden to ask for advice on how long it generally takes to get a ban investigated?

I'm not going to abanddon eve. just need something to focus the OCD on while the wife is working late.
