I am unable to install eve, I had it working for awhile off the Steam install but even that quit on me and I cannot reinstall the game from your site or the offline installer. The Online installer just stalls and shows some kind of chinese symbol followed by D2. And the offline payload files are corrupted every time I try to download. Just paid for 3 months would like some help or a refund at the least.
