Thanks CCP for my Free two weeks SP's!

I'd like to thank CCP for recently granting me two weeks worth of SP's on one of my toons. With the recent problems with the networks my mining toon was literally 2 days away from flying a Rorqual. With the new skill requirements this set me back by two weeks when i was one day away! I sent a petition to request the SP's back and you guys helped me out with the two extra weeks worth of SP's that i needed to complete the training! so thanks for that!

It's good to know there is some customer service left in the world!

Why would you say that here and not in a a follow up message on the same ticket where they would read and appreciate it?

Well I was really surprised as well, Guess when you put up a fuss about it then you can still get things done! Granted, It wasn't OUR fault for the netwrk failure so it was only fair anyway. Still, was pleasantly surprised.

A GM would have to be really incompetent and/or really not give a **** before they'd do anything like this.
While both are entirely plausible, I'd still need proof before I took this topic any more seriously.

So you spent your 100k unallocated SP to get your training done before the release and figured you'd write a troll thread to make it seem like you got special consideration... gotcha. Smile

Once I was mining in a Hulk and I got popped by a couple of Cats. I petitioned saying that cheap ships were not supposed to pop my expensive mining barge and they gave me a hulk bpo. True story.

Agreed.

Every single instance that I've needed to interact with CCP customer support it has been a great service.
You guys need to remember that the Devs and Management that we often malign are not the Customer Service guys. We don't generally see into the lives of the Devs and what their management puts on them/demands from them, but many of us know what it's like having to deal with customers who are 110% certain they have been wronged and deserve restitution. Customers suck.

I remember the time when CCP blew up my battle cruiser. They said "whoops, wrong command", and replaced my ship. Even gave me some faction mods to put on it! CCP is the best.

i remember when they gave me a titan as reimbursement for losing my rifter to some lag. finally the logs showed everything.

yeah, come on guys I was being serious. It was really decent of them and it saved me time from training for something I should have had. Sure mostly they suck at customer services, that's why I'm saying thanks, because for the first time they actually did something nice for people who are paying for this game. Just like the real world, we're customers and deserve to be treated that way, so it's about time they did it and why not say thanks for the change?
