Issues, Workarounds & Localization

Hey, I've recently come across an issue downloading the Eve client. I have several harddrives and use an SSD for C:\ in which space is obviously at a premium. Upon attempting to download the Eve client I set it to download/install to one of my other harddrives. However, the client still attempted to download the game into temporary storage on C:\, which did not have enough space to complete the operation and just filled up the SSD to capacity.

Luckily I know where temp files are downloaded to, but a less computer savvy user would more than likely at this point be stuck with a full harddrive and no game, because as of writing the direct download link for a windows copy of the game is not working (internal 500 error).
