Rat AI targets drones to quick

There is a problem with the rats. There has been times where I sent out a set of drones and 1.53 seconds they already have them targeted. (lvl 4 rat)

Then there is other times where I can scoop up my drones, and release them 60 seconds later and they auto target them like they were already out of my ship.
Then there is other times where I have one set of drones targeted, and when I release a different set of drones they target them like above.
