why are people in lowseck so mean?

i tried to mine next to toon in a scanner site, but people warped to me and started to shoot my poor venture

after that i found a corp called emerald which i will join Big smile, and they have people invading there chat channels so i tried to protect the channels

why are lowseck people so mean? i just wanted to mine in peace :(

BTW lowsec is lawless. Either adapt to its conditions or get out of lowsec and live in hisec.

People are mean in low sec because they can be. You don't go to low sec to have tea and crumpets. That is why we have 0.0 space so you can be safe.

Low sec is interesting because they're in a place where pvp is still punished, the space is generally not good and ignored by CCP, and let's face it, some of them are just not very bright. Who the hell makes weird limbo systems their hide-out? Go to syndicate or something for the love of God.

Many of us doo doo that but the cockroaches follow us up to hi sec they want to nerf hi sec enough in some imaginary attempt to get us to leave to the lower sectors.

Very confused folks living in the ghetto don't want uppity yuppies mining or missioning in their alleys and dumpsters.

The only thing that keeps me in low sec over 0.0 is really interdictors. No matter what the reward is, for me its not worth losing a 1,5 billion pod everytime i get shoot down.

There's more to do in LowSec than any other space, imho.
