Reactivated Account, cannot see character in Character Face/Body Creator [SOLVED]

Hi, I cannot see my character in the character avatar creator.

All I get is the character "adaption" structure when I mouse over the particular area.

I tried windowed and fullscreen mode on various graphics settings, my nvidia drivers are not up to date as I had problems with the current one so I reverted to the previous one - which I created characters with - without any problems.


graphics card - nvidia 550 ti 1GB
windows 7


Any assistance would be appreciated.
